Team updates about different topic statuses

Hey Designers I am working on research and my focus is now to research possible ways and technlogies to notify the. team members in different locations about different incidents in the team, did you ever worked in this kind of issue, and what technologies and tool integrations did you used for notification managment?


Yes, Trello. Depending on how complex you want your system to be, and how many people are going to be using it. For small teams say, under 25, I’ve used Trello and Asana. For bigger teams, I’ve created Kanban boards using Notion. However, I prefer Atlassian’s Jira Service Management and Workflow Management. My philosophy is this: better fit-for-purpose tech streamlines processes and helps us get more done with fewer people (I work in a university and we’ve lost staff and funding due to the pandemic!). Automate, automate, automate. My other philosophy is Steve Krug’s “don’t make me think”.
