I´ve been looking for a big-picture process or framework to establish design customer experience. Have someone work on something like that? any training or help I can start with?

This framework is used to establish a conceptual design that how meaning is translated of a digital product through design. It’s divided into layers as given below:

  1. Site Objectives & User Needs
  2. Content Requirements & Functional Specifications
  3. Information Architecture & Interaction Design
  4. Interface, Navigation & Information Design
  5. Visual Design
