Anyone read Roman Krznaric's book Empathy?

I saw Roman speak at Empathy in Aus a couple of months ago and I was so impressed with the way he presents and talks in such an approachable manner. Last week when I was at my dads house I saw Roman’s book on his desk and grabbed it to read:

I haven’t read it, but I like that it suggests empathy can be developed. What are the “six life-enhancing habits of highly empathic people” mentioned in the blurb?
