So a new company came in to take over our contract. They came and asked me if I had everything I needed and I explained that although I technically did, there were some better options. Literally within 24 hours they had installed Balsamiq, the Adobe CC, and are working on getting a better PC, since mine is 7 years old, and a dedicated DSL line since I work on a military base. Huzzah!
