Haiku or epic poem?

I love this quote from Chris Farnum: “When working in an agile context, you want to start development of the most essential features first. Wait to define less critical features until later iterations. At this point, your design should be more like a haiku than an epic poem.”

That’s a lovely quote! I find Haiku’s hard to create and get flowing nicely. I wonder about the parallel with that and the fact that it is a difficult task to get the most essential features working together without extra fluff.

I like it a lot

So much more elegant than “MVP”
