Well thats a “how long is a piece of string” question…
Ive never worked for an organisation that doesnt own the work they have paid me to produce, thats how the law works in my country and why i cant use any of my work in a portfolio.
But how things work there, I have no idea, consult a lawyer.if its really important to you.
