What TOOLS to use to track user behaviors during remote Usability Testing
to be able to track when he clicked and when?

If you’re using a third party tool a lot of that is built in. If you’re doing it yourself, a spreadsheet works fine. Make sure to record the session so you can go back and check things.

This is a useful diagram by the NN Group. All of these would help you create remote, unmoderated testing/tracking of user behaviors.

We are using LogRocket, not for remote usability testing but for overall usability testing and I think it would make a lot of sense for this purpose, too. They have a great free tier, so price shouldn’t be an issue either
