My lunches are never very interesting. I’m back on the weight loss path, so my lunches are – very consistenly – Tillamook greek yogurt, a protein shake, a cheese stick, and a grapefruit.
Saturday morning breakfast is my cheat meal. That usually means it’s the most interesting meal of the week. Usually I take request from my wife on Saturday mornings. Today, however, she said she was tired of choosing. She wanted me to use my creative license.
Thus was born my attempt at the breakfast pizza.
This 1000-calori monstrosity contains:
- Scrambled Eggs
- Prosciutto
- Pancetta
- Monterey Jack cheese
- Garlic naan (as the crust)
- Sriracha
It was savory. It was salty. It had a very small amount of kick.
My wife loved it, which made It everything I wanted it to be.
