I had to share this faux pas from a well known UK bank. Apparently you have to work from right to left. I didn’t and wondered if it was a test.

I would love to know their thought process behind this. Even if they did want it year first there are so many better ways of laying this out!
- Label and instructions are bigger than the form controls
- 3 drop-down for one value
Dropdowns should be the UI of last resort!
I wondered that myself, the need to explain such a simple input seems patronising and then to actually get it wrong makes it hilarious.
