I’m working on a financial app as a UX designer.
There is some privacy issue that won’t let the user delete a bank card himself. the user should request for deleting. Then we send a ticket to our support department.
We should show the user some information just after hitting the confirm button on the dialog box. For example how to go to the ticketing section and see the process? and etc.
What is the best way to show this information to the user?
Is open a bottom sheet just after closing the dialog box an acceptable way?
