I have a current UX problem I’ve been working where we’re trying to make something work intuitively when viewed both in Desktop and in Mobile. Where would be the best channel to post a question about something like that?

One of the websites I work on is Responsively Designed and about 10% of our visitors are mobile users. One thing we are struggling with is how to make drop down menus for our primary navigation work on mobile devices where a hover state does not exist.
What if any good examples do folks have as ways to provide drop down menus on primary navigation so that it works seamlessly in both desktop and mobile applications?
