Honestly, hard to say. It’s been launched only this year, actually… this month. There were no previous editions. When I look at the program it doesn’t differ that much from studies at AGH in Kraków. And AGH has history of successes. And the price is almost the same if you count in the admissions fee (which is so obsolete, by the way).
