Mid-senior practitioners: When you started UX, what were the answers you wish you knew, or the questions you wanted to ask but didn’t?

I think one of the hardest things about starting in an industry is that you don’t know what you don’t know! So to our mid-senior practitioners, please help our beginners out with some advice :slight_smile:

I had learned coding during my school days, so i used to think whether it would get some advantage of it or not.
