Hi Community,

I have been looking through the forum for a while, I joined up last week and wanted to introduce myself.

My background is as a website designer, I decided to undertake a UX course at the end of last year and have been trying to put the new skills and knowledge learned init into practice. I wanted to make the move across to UX as I was stuck designing for what I thought best instead of what was the best journey for the customer.

I dedcided to join here as I am looking to gain further knowledge and hopefully gain access to valuable resources from around the web.

Thanks for having me here.

I think the biggest problem I face is form design and simplicity.

Working on quote platform’s it is the biggest challenge I face being able to convert potential customers through the journey across multiple devices.

Hey @wayne_deboer, we’re glad to have you! I think you’ll fit in well here-- we have a lot of people in similar positions, and quite a few experienced UX pros as well.
