Improving usability of SaaS software (feedback please)

I am doing a UX review of an onboarding process for one of my clients.
The biggest issue I see is a software itself.
It is complicated for first-time users.

Can you please watch the video of the software and advise how would you approach improving its usability?

From my side I would add a wizard like flow, progress indicator, relevant wording in menu items, hiding excessive options in some kind of Advanced options link and rework UI/UX of controls.
Anything else you can suggest?

There’s so many options presented to the user here. What I find very confusing is that in General Settings some menus are submenus and some are tabs.

Yes, that sounds like a much more user-friendly solution
