How to improve our App Onboarding Process for first signed up users


Hey there!

My name is Carlos, co-founder at WeFitter, a platform that motivates users to be more fit rewards and challenges.

We just launched our new app WeFitter and we got some troubles with the on-boarding process. The funnel metrics results are not good, since most of the users do not complete the whole on-boarding process and the bounce before they reach the final step.

I wanted to share the app with you guys and see if any of you have ideas of how to improve the user-experience and design of the app.
