On desktop: I close the “Yay, you found us” banner with the X button. But next time I come to the forum it is there again.
On mobile: it sits there occupying all the screen and does not dismiss on pressing the X button at all 
That’s really funny, it is there but I never notice it despite it being massive. It seems to be persistent for me too.

@HAWK Unfortunately, nothing has changed for me. The banner reappears on the desktop and does not close on mobile: Screenrecorder-2019-04-03-13-49-09-439.mp4 - Google Drive
I use Chrome on MacOs and on Android. I’ll be glad to share any details if you need.
