Over the last couple of years working with clients, I’ve realized that effectively presenting my design work ends up being more important than how good the design is. If I don’t present my work well - it doesn’t get implemented. It’s made me much more strategic in how I approach design reviews.
I just published a post on the steps I take: https://medium.com/otlventures/8-steps-to-an-effective-design-review-da2573564bfd
I’d love to get feedback from everyone and hear how you present your work. Any tips or things that you’ve found particularly helpful? I’m always looking for ways to improve my process.
