Since you talked about floats, I would suggest looking into flexbox and grid as well. Some of the difficult problems developers faced with floats gets very simple with flexbox and/or grid.

Just reading some of these posts and liked your advice. I am trying to get a start in UX and hopefully use these skills professionally (in the future). I will look at codeacademy first. I also know that LinkedIn Learning run HTML courses however a subscription is needed.

I learned by building my own personal website (I was an opera singer at the time). I just googled anything I didn’t know, which was everything.
