Handoff tools for Windows

Hey,
Question more on the process side and tools to support this…
We are now designing a desktop window application. Our UI tool is sketch (wireframing tool is Axure), and handoff tool is Zeplin.
I wonder what is the handoff tool - if any is used - for windows application? for any of you developing on windows, what assets are provided by UI team, and how they are translated into a FE code?

Any insight is welcomed!

Not as slick as Zeplin, but I’ve mainly used the web export and cloud sharing tools in Axure, Axure’s notes tool, combined with a markup library UX Map to document handoff details.

Axure can be used as a handoff tool - but we dont use it for UI. Looks like Zeplin can be used for our purpose.
