I have more than 8 years of experience in post production in animation industry. But now i want to change my career field to ux designing.

I would suggest looking in some of the other forum posts around this, and then if you have more specific questions, feel free to ask those. Moving into UX is a big topic, and has been covered quite well here, but if there is anything else that we haven’t covered, don’t hesitate to ask!
Natalie is bang on – have a read through some of the posts in this Careers forum, and in UX Stories.

I’ll echo what the other folks have said: that Get Started article should be a good launch pad for your learning. Start working through the six steps, and feel free to report back here with more specific questions when you get stuck.
