So I’ve been be working as a UX designer for a few years now after changing careers. I love my job but started looking just to see what’s out there and it doesn’t seem any different from when I first looked years ago. Are good UX jobs still hard to come by or is it just super competitive out there etc.?
Are good UX jobs still hard to come by even after you've been working in UX?

On the contrary - UX jobs aren’t rare, at least where I am. Evidence shows that employers are finding a vacuum of talent in the market, and some large firms are buying out entire design teams to meet hiring quotas.
