Anyone familiar with usability hub?

Do you think something like usability hub is a reasonable form of user research?

From my personal experience with Usabilityhub, I found it pretty poor. On-boarding sucked, badly, and participants just wanted to finish the tasks as fast as possible. If funding is short, I’d prefer to do my research by other means, for example, doing the card sorting exercise with people in the business that aren’t already experts in the field you’re designing for.

@ralphc_nyc It’s good for its wide database and thus quick results- however, you may not able to get valid enough results because its easy to be biased and it would be difficult to vet all of these testers.

@ralphc_nyc It depends on what you’re trying to learn (your goals and outcomes) from your research. If you can accomplish the outcomes with the tools provided by UsabilityHub, go for it. What are you looking to use it for?
