I'm a voice user interface designer. I started my career creating virtual agents for inbound direct response commerce orders, lead generation and non-profit telethon/donations, and now work on B2B, B2E and B2C care-type applications for primarily financial, utility, and insurance companies. I'm starting to work in multi-channel, mixed mode applications (speech + gui) which is exciting and challenging since there are 3 times as many models to determine and integrate together to produce a successful interaction and positive experience.

I was an extreme 'multipotentialite' in university and had 9 majors, so my background is in film, mass communication, creative writing, studio art. forensic biology and anthropology, international business, philosophy, and psychology (and a few others that I didn't get within 6 credits of conferring so I don't count them ) so I'm an excellent choice for pub quiz teams .
