10+ yrs exp as a DBA, Web Admin, DevOps Eng; shifting to UX Research and Strategy. I love technology because of the incredible potential it has to improve our lives. But we need to design technology so that its capability is approachable by everyone.

Too often technology is disappointing and frustrating to use due to bad UX Design. I am passionate about being a member of the UX community in order to be a part of the solution. I've started CareerFoundry's UX course and am currently learning as much as I can to transition to this field from systems admin and management roles.
