I'm a User Experience Designer with over fifteen years of experience; much of it spent working in and around web design environments which has allowed me to acquire specific competencies in User Research, Requirements Gathering, Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Content Strategy. As I lead the design effort, I work closely with all levels of staff including experts in Sales, Engineering, Design, Product Management, Analysis, Executive Leadership and most importantly, the millions of people who use the products.
