I've spent over a decade defining, designing and delivering the user experience for some of Australia's largest organisations across retail, finance, energy and utilities, government, education and telecommunications.

Working primarily as a consultant, I've been solving business problems big and small through user-centred design and challenging organisations to change the way they think about delivering digital products and services.

I have built up a wealth of experience across the digital spectrum with skills spanning digital strategy, user research, UX design, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and I can even write the code too.

I'm also lead UX instructor for General Assembly here in Melbourne, Australia.
