The Best way to get into UX (Self Study)

Hey Guys

I am currently looking for the best way to get into UX. I have been contracting as CMS web designer for some big companies in the UK for the past 2 years. I also have a small WordPress web design company which gives me 3 customers a month.

I know I don’t have to get a University degree but I am looking for the best way to move into UX. I have checked out a few courses on line but I just want some input of how others did it in a self study way
