Hi guys,
I am searching for a software that can handle messaging, multiuser messaging, ad hoc messaging based on specific triggers and in the best case also engagement measuring/tables that can be integrated into a webpgage.
Additionally I´d appreciate if anybody knows articles/books to get some deeper insights in the topic.
