Redirecting users from mobile to web

HI all need some help or advice for mobile to web issue

I’m currently trying to build a process of sending users who registered trough
mobile web to the desktop webapp to start setting up their work environment
currenlty we are blocking them on mobile device until they go the the web and set everything up.
have any ideas how to do that in a best possible way ?

If the site doesn’t work to full capacity on mobile, wouldn’t it make more sense not to accept registrations, but to direct them to the desktop site before they begin the process?
