Context:
My UX design team is a shared resource in the R&D dept. We currently use prototypes for usability testing.
Problem:
We have an ask from The Product Management VP to create prototypes for PM/BA to figure out their requirements, and developers to implement off of. I have many reasons why wireframes/specs are more advantageous to providing prototypes for PM/BA/Dev, but are their any of you who are efficiently building prototypes for PM/BA/Dev before my team pushes back? We are swamped as it is.
