Does this happen everywhere else in the world?
Problem:
Nearly every women’s public toilet has this problem. The toilet is put bang in the centre of a cubicle and then the sanitary bin is squashed in the narrow gap between the toilet and the wall forcing anyone with a bum bigger than a toilet seat to sit partly on the tampon bin. Yuck.
Solutions:
- Put the toilet slightly to one side.
- Make the sanitary bin slightly shorter than the toilet.
I think this is one of those cases of someone not realising that they are a designer.
