Hi I’m trying to create a portfolio and since I’m just getting started in UX/UI the only projects I have only done personal projects one being a redesign website. One question I have is whether or not I can use any images for this project? I am redesigning a concert ticket site and wanted to use some celebrity images; however, I realize that I have to be careful due to licensing and was wondering if a portfolio with personal projects counts as commercial use or is there some other requirement?

I don’t understand what you mean by personal project counting as commercial use?
I believe they are worried about having a claim against their portfolio for using photos of things/people that may have legal protection on using that thing.
